Like the Graceful Dolphin, I shall Dive into the Chaotic Oceans!

A few quick words...
Nate was able to sell his armor to our friend Dave. Gods bless him. So we'll be able to pay rent, pay some bills, and get groceries. Dave said as a christmas present, he wants to babysitt for us and get us a hotel room for a night so we can have a night alone away from the bs. What a sweetheart. I told Nate I'm gonna ask Lindsay if she'd like to hang out with Dave so he has some company. There's not alot to do here, and TV gets a bit boring sometimes.

One of my sisters offered to help us out with money ( Snotball ), but I told her to save it...hehe. I appreciate the offer, but I don't wanna be a charity case and the last thing I want right now is to owe anyone else money...LOL. Besides...Nate and I had a talk this morning while the Peanut was at school, and we think we can budget it. It'll be tighter than we've seen it for a few years... but we've been alot worse off before... so I know we can do it. This is gonna require one of the amazing " Watch Amy pull a wad of cash out of her ass " tricks. I figure we can still buy her some new dress shoes ( Her old ones are WAY too small ), some toy cooking utensils ( She loves to pretend she's cooking / baking ), a few more toys, some playdoh, maybe some more craft stuff, and a couple outfits. She really needs some jeans and new sweaters. Seems like you can never have too many in Western NY...hehehe. So...we'll see what we can do. Yes Barb...I'm attempting to be optimistic...ROFL.

I got the letter from the BOE this morning. I gotta fill out a paper and send it back right away. The meeting is on December 7th at 9:30am. The cool thing is, Emania has school that morning, so Nate and I can go together and see what they say. Emania was bugging me on the way home about riding the bus... if she gets the special services we're hoping for...she'll get to the ride the bus to and from school. The tuition will also be waived so she'll be able to attend school 5 days a week which is what the evaluators are recommending. So I'll keep ya posted.

I'm still feelin a lil yucky. My throats still actin up...so I might call the doc in the morning if its not better. Better to be safe than sorry, right? Right now I'm just uber tired. I feel like I've been running 10 miles uphill covered in black ice. No fevers though...so thats good. I might lay down with Nate when Emania takes her nap and try to get some rest. Thats what they always say, " Sleep and Rest are the best cures for a cold ". Well...we'll see..

Just a quick note to the person complaining about peoples blogs. You said it yourself, this is MY blog. I'll say whatever the hell I want, and I'll whine, bitch, and moan as much as I want. If you don't like it, don't read it. Hey, I tried to stop certain people from reading my blog, and they bitched about it being public. So, I said fine, read it. So now I read EVERYBODY's blog. Don't see me bitching about what they've got to say within their blog. And as for Christmas, Yule, Hanuka, ect... as a parent, we want to get whatever we can for our kids. My daughter is not greedy, never has been, probably never will be. We spoil her one day a year. Not because we feel obligated to, or because she asks for anything, but because we love to see the look on her face on that magical morning when she sees that the jolley fat dude brought her a butt load of presents. Its part of being a kid. And for the record, her most special presents ARE made by hand.
