Like the Graceful Dolphin, I shall Dive into the Chaotic Oceans!

I was about to go to bed last night when the front door opened at 11:30. It was Nate. He was sent home on a D Day. Whats a D Day? Its where you get coached because somebody thinks your doing a terrible job, they send you home with pay so you can sit and think about what YOU can do to be a better employee... THEN...write it down on a 1 page essay in which praise the Furor - Hail Wal-mart. Think thats the worst part of it?

Nate was supposed to have his last coaching ( In which he was framed ) revoked so he could go to days as a department manager. Now? Now he's stuck on nightshift for another year... no promotion... no raise... no nothing.

I get another year of sleepless nights... a little girl punishing me because daddies not home, or he's sleeping. Another year of feeling guilty for not giving him enough sleep.

I tried to be optimistic...this is what I get. Pessimism... at least when you're pessimistic... nothing can hurt you.
