                      GOOD MORNING!!! Oh...ok...so its afternoon. Anyways... How are you? Oh good to hear...me? Oh I'm peachy. No...I was not being sarcastic...LOL. So...went with my dad to take Jesse to the airport this morning. Started out raining...then turned to giant white flakes. Whoever is fucking with the weather here in Western NY...I will find you, and kill you. My sinuses are on the brink of being dug out with a spoon!!! BLEAGH... Anyways...aside from that...it was a nice drive. Dad and I talked about Rose and her...ahem...bad luck...hehe... So then we talked about when Nate and I buy a mortgage and all that jazz. Dad gave me some great advice... told me what to expect...different costs... ect... and explained that Rose was full of shit when she claimed that when you buy a house, you lose your tax return. Turns out...people who buy homes tend to get a good chunk back because of the interest you pay on your mortgage... YAY. Why did Rose end up owing? Because El Jackass deferred on her escrow payment... there by not paying her taxes...which then causes the State to go greedy and snatch that tax return faster than you can say YIPEE!!! Guess thats what happens when a 21 year old greed machine decides she HAS to have a huge house, in a city where the property taxes make Banshees wail, get married, and have a bundle of crying joy all within 6 months... with bad credit, only $500 for a downpayment, and like a MORON goes through First Rochester Mortgage Corporation ( They help people with bad credit because it makes them more money ). Know what Rosie's mortgage WAS? It was over $750 a month. Yeah...THAT BAD. Now? Because of a deferred payment... she's paying over $900 a month... Scream with me baby. Apparently Rose didn't heed my warning 3 years ago when I TOLD HER that NORMALLY...a mortgage payment...WITH escrow included... was CHEAPER than rent. MOST mortgage payments in this area range from $250 - $550 a month. Oi Vey. Anyways...so it was nice talkin to dad and getting some good advice. I've come to the realization that I'm going to have to get my license. Yes...I'm going to have to drive if I want a place in the country. Gods help me. But...Nate and dad are gonna teach me to drive. That, and I'm sure certain members of a Tuatha including our favorite racing tattie will be more than willing to help me. That is, if they're brave enough to sit in the same hunk of metal on wheels with me behind the wheel....Buawahahahahaha!!!

                    They're not changing the date of Nate's surgery...YAY. That was a relief to him. But Nate's in a crappy mood ...REALLY bad night at work last night... so if you talk to him... try to make him feel better...you know... talk about blowing shit up...mass genocide...all that groovy stuff...hehehe.

                    So... now onto my dilema. This summer... and the lack of enough time. Emania's last day of school in June 22nd. I have my sister Ivy's wedding July 8th in Michigan, our anniversary is July 16th, In August we're having a family gathering...Tuatha only... so now I have to figure out when we go to Deleware. THAT... AND NOW...my dad says we're going to Virgina to see Jesse...but it might only be Emania and I because Nate might have to work. AHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
